US Stocks Charging Standard(Stocks、ETF、Options)- Tonghuashun

一、美股交易收费：

For example：Assuming that the underlying A 100 shares are bought (sold) at a price of $9.78, the Order fees are charged as follows：

II、Platform fees for US stocks:

1Fixed (Suitable for ordinary traders)：

2. Tiered Charging Standard(Suitable for high frequency traders)：

Eg：If there are 100,100 shares of US stocks in one trading month, the fee will be 30000*0.0050+70000*0.0045+100*0.0040=465.4USD

Note：

（1）Cumulative shares are accumulated by natural month. Accumulated on a monthly basis and recalculated on the first trading day of each month or after the user changes charging standard. Eg：If before you change yo tiered standard you had 2000 shares with fixed standard，the charge will be 2000*0.0050=10USD，if you changed to tiered charging standard，then the share will be accumulated from 0.

（2）For the platform fee, the minimum charge per order will be 1USD and the maximum will be 0.5% of the trade value.

（3）Every client can only change their charging standard once per month. If you would like to change the platform fee charging standard, please refer【Securities- Commission Plan - Platform Fee -Change】to finish your procedure. No matter change from fixed to tiered or the other way round, it will always count as once. ，The reset time will be 0:00 on the 1st of each month.

（4）Effective time for US stock charging standard switching fee: If the charging plan is changed before 12:00pm (including 12:00:00) during the day, then the fees incurred after 17:00 on the previous trading day will be charged according to the new charging standard; if change the charging standard after 12:00(12:00:01 and after) , the fees incurred after 17:00 on the trading day will be charged with the new changed charging plan. (US time)

III、Charging standard for US options market：

1、The following exchanges charge options regulatory fees（ORF）：AMEX，BATS，BOX，CBOE，CBOE2，ISE，GEMINI，MIAX，NOM，PCX，PHLX。  
2、During options trading, additional fees may be incurred depending on the type of liquidity generated, and the specific fees are subject to the exchange.
3、The tripartite fees collected by TPL according to the requirements of external institution such as exchanges and options regulatory will be adjusted, the latest update was 9^th February 2021.  
4、Charges for ORF，Regulatory Fees，Trading Activity Fees，OCC Fees，Exchange Fees.
